Beta D-Series Independent Rear suspensions 4.2

Modeled this engine from scratch based off photos on the internet. if something is not accurate to the real engine please let me know so I can correct it.

fixed the code on the neglected Roamer. IRS and air ride suspension now functional.

- added highly anticipated anti roll bars / sway bars.
- updated air ride max pressure to accommodate towing heavy loads.
- added adjustable rear toe.

added heavy duty hubs to IRS so you can now build duallys.

✅no drive controls on IRS frames - added updated controller settings to all IRS frames, you can now drive again.
✅front airbags normal frame no air pressure control. - relocated front airbag suspension and suspension controls to dedicated file. front airbag suspension now works on all frames
✅short frame - IRS toe issue, tierod bar issue - corrected node weight on tierod nodes. now the rear wheels stay straight when driving.

Corrected labels in Jbeam file that was causing rear highboy suspension to not show and also causing Independent rear suspension to show on base frames.

Ok everyone, finally got all the base frames altered for the independent suspension on all the D-series and Roamer. I added some adjustable airbags for the front and rear. "G and Ctl-G" for raising and lowering rear. "H and Ctl-H" for raising and lowering front. You will find that the altered frames (all labeled with "IRS" following base name) only allow the IRS or offroad IRS for rear suspension.
