D-Series Underglow 1.3

This update changes the light patterns to better match the neon tubes positions. It also has the neon lights turn on with the underglow hotkey of 0.26. If you don't like the new light patterns just unpack the mod and delete pickup_underglow.jbeam located in d-series_underglow/vehicles/pickup/pickup_underglow.jbeam. Then just rename pickup_underglow.jbeam.txt, located in the same folder as what you just deleted, to pickup_underglow.jbeam. It might give you a warning about modifying extensions. Just ignore it and click yes. Then you have the old neon patterns back but still with support for the underglow hot key.
