Update log wheel pack:

All wheel sizes and color options have been removed and moved to a slot option of the wheel.
CONFIGS USING WHEELS FROM THIS PACK WILL BREAK WITH THIS UPDATE BECAUSE OF THE NEW SIZE AND SKIN SYSTEM!

More stretched tires added for 16" and up.

Some Vanilla wheels will have stretched tires too now.
(might not fit well on every tire)
