Beta Danish Police Force w/ custom lights 0.96.1

Changenotes:

- Removed forced "DG 20 000" licenseplate from all configs - it has been returned to default.
- Some trivial cleanup in the ETK800 Jbeam to see if I had left more bugs.
- Added a new flashing pattern for all lights to flash at once.
- Fixed beacon material issue so the beacons now flash independently again.​

And the big ones:

- Added beacons and flashers to most Vivace and Tograc models (Requires the normal roof, panoramic roof has no lightbar slot)
- Added patrol car and K9 skin for Vivace and Tograc
- Added Tograc patrol config, Vivace S unmarked config and Vivace 190sd K9 config.




- Generally improved skin quality and relfective markings quality and realism for Vivace. (yet to be added for ETK)​

Shortcomings:

- No breakgroups for front flashers for Tograc and Vivace S bumper types.
- Emergency light slot remains vacant, which makes it possible to add stock police lights in addition to these.
- Some design choices I am unhappy with.​

I am going away for a few weeks and will not post any updates in that time, hence why I pushed to get this update out now. I might have left some bugs in here as a result of rushing, so please don't hesistate to report them if you find any.
