Beta Danish Police Force w/ custom lights 0.96.1

Major update!

This update sees several additions, namely the Roamer has been added, and the van has had it's cargobox fitted with LED lights. Updates to the ETK800 skins are underway, as they are by far the oldest and in need of an update. I don't have them ready just yet.

The Roamer LED lights as well as the cargobox LED lights are curtesey of MagnusLind (https://www.beamng.com/members/battle105.52342/) who has done a fantastic job on the cars. He picked up JBEAMing with almost no input from me and had it done at breakneck speeds.
It is impressive work, and therefore it as credited as such. All I did was add the skins this update, as well as some minor debugging.



Van:
- Added cargobox LEDs
- Added skin for cargobox as a mobile police station
- Added config for mobile police station
- Made rear beacon more sturdy by changing anchor-nodes

Roamer:
- Added Roamer police lights
- Added Roamer police skin
- Added configs for marked and unmarked variants


Known issues:

There are some breakgroup issues on the Roamer. I have not been able to identify what they are, but what I do know is that, while defined as what seems the correct breakgroup to me, the beams do not break eachother as they do on the other cars. Perhaps the Roamer has a breakgroup leak?

This means the lights don't easily fall off and can cause visual bugs on the roof of the car when crashed, but despite that they work just fine.
