Beta Danish Police Force w/ custom lights 0.96.1

- Added sedan and wagon unmarked police lights
- Added extra beacon to unmarked variant
- Added configs for unmarked sedan and wagon respectively




The unmarked variants do not have any blue light emitters. This is not desirable, and I will add it later. I also added the variants of the lightbar as unmarked for sedan and wagon, instead of a single one with a slot for the bodytype.

This I will likely also change as I don't like that structure. The Jbeam is now 1200 lines long, and is beginning to drive me insane. Also, the info-files are just copy-paste which is not fantastic, but it really is the kind of work that nobody enjoys doing.

Roadmap-wise I plan to add a skin and some lights to the Vivace as the next big step. I would detail the ETK further, but I'll try and avoid feature-creep for the immediate future.

I have introduced a bug however, that the front-right and rear-most roof beacon share the same material, which means they cannot flash independently. I'll have that fixed in the next update.

This concludes the updates to the ETK800 for now.
