Adjusted the difficulty and description to align with the van's increased performance thanks to the supercharger simulation.

Implemented a programmatic method of determining the TimeOfDay object, so the scenario will always set the time properly regardless of load order. (Thanks, Scepheo!)

Removed the second-to-last checkpoint, since it only hindered progress to the final checkpoint (which is visible enough from the road anyway). Also adjusted the thumbnail, and added notes to restart the game if other maps have been played.
