Changed number of gears ratios to 9, and max speed to 600km/h
I changed the notepad in the casmo_engine.jbeam of this car only the speed limitation to 175 m/s and added one rear gear ratio and two front gear ratios because the car had enough power to go faster but the speed limiter and the limited number of ratios from automatic did not allow such a maximum speed of the car. But I did not change anything other.
