Same as 9.0. A much needed bugfix is in this version.

Update 9.0 Includes

• Two scenarios!
• Various environmental sounds
• Addition of lights placed around the map and on certain props (driving at night makes them more visible)
• Reworked Hillclimb area to match with a new scenario
• Expanded lake area; includes beach and small village.
• Some improvement to road height from the terrain (some areas likely still high).
