Alpha Deserted 0.31

What's new?
- I finally managed to fix the bug that caused the car not to spawn, so you won't load as a floating camera
- Dirt paths. At first I didn't want to add roads, for the style of the map, but it just looks better this way and it's easier while working on the map
- A bit more streetlights and trees
- The hill now has a lot more buildings
- Added a little easter egg somewhere in the sand

Sorry it's been quite a bit since an update, the bug was caused by an game-update and I didn't realize it was there till this week.
