Unsupported Dom's Barstow 2.5

Changelog-

-Fixed steering wheel not showing at spawn

-Fixed somewhat purple color

-Added new radiator (It still catches fire but won't overheat as easily at least.)

-Changed transmission ratios

-Added orange color to the top of the engine. (sadly appears for all Barstow engines.)

-Added concealed headlights in every situation. (Sometimes wouldn't load them previously.)

-Changed supercharger/engine names

-NO LONGER USES DRAG RACING WHEELS!!!!

-Supercharged updated to actually give boost

-Changed torque to not break transmission

-It's now 10% MORE FUN (YAY)
