Beta Drifting UI 0.5b

Added a speed catch for getting the loop multiplier... now you can't just sit and do donuts all day to get loads of points.

Fixed: G force values and usage for crash detection. (They were used incorrectly)

Added: A more flexible container system from the rendering and management of content

Added: ability for multiple pages on the display using the arrows as a toggle.

Added: Drift trail visualization on the UI. It renders drifts in Green, large loops in blue and collisions (taps hopefully) in yellow. It also comes with a little car in the center of the display. and zoom buttons....

Added - Toggle button to change between displaying transition information and points information in the center boxes.

Added - The startings of a feedback system so your not left thinking "what did that button just do?" when you click something.

This work will allow me to more easily make the whole UI customizable in future.

Fixed - Scaling and moving now works and will no longer break the buttons

Added - Highlights for interactive buttons

Added - A toggle for the gauge to display degrees instead of multipliers
