Beta DriverTech's Hopper Crawler Upgrades 4.0

This Update Adds some Wheel Ballasts to help better Stabilize and balance the Hopper when Crawling! it makes the hopper able to tackle some really difficult trails!

There are Two Ballasts Options
-Realistic
-Extreme

The realistic Ballasts are setup to match the weight that you set in the tuning menu, If you set the front weight to 200lbs, it will be 100lbs added to each wheel. totally 200lbs on the Front axle

Adds a new Frame that removes the Vanilla body and replaces it with tin panels within the Cage

also adds Option to Remove the Vanilla Tin roof, and each individual panel of it at that

Remodeled frame side lower link mounts
Added weighted front Bumper
Added new Axle option for front and rear
-Axle allows tunable link lengths (Move axles forwards or backwards)

Known Issues
-Front Driveshaft still clips with lower links and exhaust also clips with upper links, Will be fixed when I get around to it but doesn't prevent mod from working so not important to me.
-Image Preview in Vehicle selector doesn't show up for included config, Again doesn't stop mod working so left in this...
