Thanks to Torsion for pointing out some missing " in the info json files. These are all corrected now.

A dummy car config for most of the vanilla cars.

Removed specification of colour for all the configs

Added a dummy bus and no tyres version.
Added a DT40L dummy config
Added a version of all dummy cars with no tyres
Fixed a couple of text errors
Removed hubcaps off of the rest of the cars
When using for hard impacts the no tyre versions should crash better as sometimes the tyres bug out and look awful. -
