Unsupported Dummy cars 1.2.1

A dummy car config for most of the vanilla cars.

  3. Added a dummy bus and no tyres version.

    Added a DT40L dummy config
    Added a version of all dummy cars with no tyres
    Fixed a couple of text errors
    Removed hubcaps off of the rest of the cars

    When using for hard impacts the no tyre versions should crash better as sometimes the tyres bug out and look awful.
