Outdated DuneWulff's Config Pack 1.0 Apotheosis

A few changes and fixes in this update:

• Carbon Vega Bolide now comes with ESC
• Custom T-series now has a new skin.
• Two new engines for the Covet (one with better heat capacity and one with that and more power)
• Two new intake systems for the Covet
  • WULFF Mockingbird (slightly more powerful than stage 2 with a steeper power curve)
  • WULFF Kookaburra (just adds a lot of horses, lol)
• Covet now has ESC and TCS as an option
• 200BX now has a blown engine option
• Bonneville Speedsta Burnside now has a W.I.P 7-speed transmission as an option
• Other little fixes & tweaks

• Sleepy John Covet (a sleeper)
• VÁMONOS Covet (a street-tuner on steroids)
• The Believer Pessima (another FlatOut derby racer)
• Interchange Champion 200BX (a riced-out beater)
• Cain Moonhawk ( A murdered out Moonhawk with tinted everything)
• Dajiban H-series (mostly based on the Japanese Dajiban Dodge RamVans)
