Alpha Dyghaun's Air Ride Pack 0.3.1

With this update all official BNG vehicles are supported, as promised.
That includes the caravan.

This update also introduces the new jump function to emulate a hydraulic suspension.

Controls:
T to jump with both front wheels
G to jump with both rear wheels
F to jump with left wheels
H to jump with right wheels

These can be changed under vehicle specific...
