Added US-SEMI Support
Added new transmissions for the Semi
Including
DCT-12
SEQ-10 (Uses range box like stock 10 speed)
SEQ-12 (Good ole straight cut gears no range box)

Adjustable engine uses the default values so the switch over is no different than a stock engine.

Quick fix for bad code causing a fatal error

Added some better organization.
Everything is under tuning - engine.

• Removed hiss sound from Stambecco

I had some time off work so i decided to use it to update my mods, i added all the vehicles, except the Wydra, Ill maybe add it in a future update!
