Beta eCitybus (New! EU12M Support) 1.5

I have seen one comment on the EU12M, that wanted electric stuff. So i ported the stuff over from the DT40L and there you have it!, also i removed the Wentward Pack configs because they're pretty incomplete.

i added a 410N/m motor that actually represents a real motor from the eCitaro so now its not that fast even in the most basic variant.
Also i updated the thumbnails so now they have shadows and all look the same.

1. Added basic support for the DT30, 35 and 45 from the Wentward pack (Only DSE and rear Motors for now)

2. Added front motors (AWD or FWD)

3. Added new Configs:
- eCitybus 4-City (AWD)
- eCitybus City-30, 35 and 45
- eCitybus the Abandoned

1. Added 3 New Motors:
870N/m Motor
1800N/m Motor
Ludicrous Motor with 100% torque (around 7400N/m per Motor), 100% of the time.

2. Added Open, Locked and Lockable Diff

3. Added Adjustable Final Drive

4. New "Rural" config

5. Adjusted the existing configs to use new parts.

6. Added 3 Skins skins: Heavily Weathered, Lightly Weathered and E-Transit.

7. Added 350KWh Battery Pack

1. Fixed torque curve, now you can actually go up a hill from a standing position!

2. Added traction Control.

3. Removed the unnecessary differential from the configs.

4. Added 4 different diffs:
1.2:1 Diff, for City use, max speed around 80KM/h
1:1 Diff, max speed around 100KM/h
0.78:1 Diff, for Highway use with speeds upto 130KM/h
0.5:1 Diff, just for fun and can probably reach like 180KM/h.

5. 3 new configs using the new parts. (replacing the old ones)
