Experimental Engine swaps and EV for the Autobello Stambecco 1.3

Added:

• new "rusty" 4-door van body, which is weaker on basically every side. mainly just added this for fun
• new config with the 90kWh battery
• "prototype" electric motors with a lower RPM limit and lower efficiency.

Modified:

• file structure. files for some parts are in separate folders now
• 90kWh battery. made it slightly higher capacity, and cleaned up the JBEAM structure, it had a dangling thing
• 40kWh battery is now only on one side, the previous version didn't make sense because the slightly larger battery was double the capacity

Removed:

• Vivace and Insane electric motors. they had basically no use, and were either too fast to be drivable, or weren't fast enough. File still remains under vehicles/midtruck/propulsion/engine but with the file extension .disabled
