Beta Enhanced Tuning 1.2.2

I may or may not have uploaded the wrong version of the mod that is half broken, this "bugfix" aims to fix that.
Everything should be the same, just working.

- Removed all git files from mod (whoops)
- Removed accidental twincharging from the wendover on certain models

Greetings everypony!

This update adds a new mod to the Enhanced Tuning (ET) family, more specifically the Enhanced Intakes mod! There is much to see and much to explore, so i won't spoil too much. There will probably maybe eventually be a section in the description in the mod repository for it. Should you find any bugs, please do not write bad reviews and instead contact me via messages or the email on the bottom of the page. Hope you enjoy!

- fixed sunburst enhanced radiator so that it functions as it should

Well, that didn't take very long at all.

Fixed bug with turbo stages not being selectable and turbos in general being completely inoperable through the ECU.

• Brings Enhanced Radiator™️ mod to existing users!
• Enhanced ECU™️ recieved some love too, primarily the addition of support for every* vehicle in the game, certain UI fixes as well as tweaked values for the best UX.

Fixed the stepdistance on revlimiter rebound on the newest cars.
Thank you @DamienDutch for discovering this.

- fixed a bug where the Soliad Lansdale's 3.8 V6 engine didn't have the ecu selectable. ( thanks damien )

- added support for Hirochi Aurata
- added support for SP Dunekicker (prerunner)
- added support for SP Rockbasher (crawler)

As of now, all the vanilla cars are supported (hooray!)
If i do add support for mod cars however, it will be it's own mod (as a pack or something)
