Fully reworked and expanded transmission control and shift logic -

• separate shifting speeds for different situations (shifts in drive are slower especially at low rpm and throttle while sport shifts are faster especially at high throttle, seperate shift speeds for 1st-2nd and 2nd-3rd and more)
• new brief loss of grip/tire contact detection which blocks unwanted upshifts
• launch control (tuned for awd and rwd separately and available on 8 speed tranmissions)
• throttle blips...

• slight adjustments to diesel engine and automatic transmissions

• fine tuned transmissions
• fixed aggression curve (car will not upshift too soon with increased throttle)

• Refinements to automatic transmissions

• adjustments to 8 speed diesel automatic transmission
• seperated modded diesel exhausts from vanilla ones for the modded engine

This update was sitting at 80% done for a couple of months and i finally got time to finish it but im probably forgetting all the things i changed so here are the not very detailed changes notes:
