-added bloom to lights

-Reduced tint to "Not-Unusable" levels on the inside
-(Turbodiesel) Fixed turbo sounds being goofy
-Added Stage 1 Turbo& Race ECU (Turbo diesel)
-Nerfed maxrpm value from the turbodiesel from 6000 to 5700. (For race ECU)
-Made Long block more durable for turbodiesel engine.

-fixes alignment of steering wheels (racing)
-downpipe model fix

this is a small patch which fixes this issue.

REMOVE THE OLD MOD FILE WHEN YOU UPDATE. THE MOD FILE HAS BEEN RENAMED. REMOVE (cseriesshoe_vibe.zip) AND REPLACE WITH NEW ONE.

-removed ETK es8 hubcaps because they were broken
-symmetrical Jbeam (glass and main unibody)
-TDI no longer revs to 6000RPM (now revs at 5300rpm)
-Turbodiesel sound tweaks (please let me know if they still blow up your PC) -Enginebay crap (V8) no longer missing UVs
