Beta ETK Center Plus 1.3.1

Hey!

This update fixes the huge performance issue on the map, with the help of @OwnTheBanks.
Moreover, it includes the new German default license plates for this map made by @VinsWie.
And last but not least, the WIP off-road trail. This has been requested several times, and now you can enjoy the very firts WIP version of it.

-Fixed the HUGE performance issue by deleteing ~414k forest items (duplicated ones)
@OwnTheBanks has helped me in finding this issue, big thanks for him.

-Forest folder is now way less smaller due to the amount of deleted items

-Added off-road trail, which is WIP. That means you can use and play on it, but it’s not finished.

-Added Original German licence plates made by @VinsWie as the map’s default license plate.

VinsWie’s mod is now inlcuded with this map, but later you will be able to download it from the repository.

-Several improvements regarding the Driving Park

-Improved the small parking lot of the Castle

-Added more signs around the whole map

-Small fixes (PBR converts, decal fixes, etc)
