Unsupported ETK Expanded Engine Pack (ETKEEP) 1.2A

- Made open-top ETK more visually pleasing from the inside
- Added info file and image to The Diesel Devil (I forgot to do that)

This update brings a bunch of new features, like a V12 for the modern ETKs (Mainly the K-Series, just like the V10 TD was more for the 800). Also, K-Series open top! How cool is that? Pretty cool in my opinion.
Now, you may have noticed I kinda ignore the I-Series. Well, the next update will be 100% focused on the I-Series! So stay tuned and keep on V12ing

So I finally got to know how to be able to choose the color from the vehicles menu, so I applied this fix to all configurations.

Added:
- V10 Turbodiesel for K- and 800-Series
- Some configs to spice it up
- Unfinished 2.0L I4 accesible through the configs menu, configs will be added at some point
