Outdated ETK K-Series 2+2 (with a Hot V8!) 1.2.0

Minor fixes on the alternate I6 intercooler model

- Alternate I6 intercooler model fix (credits to @Lichi for pointing out error and @MarkosRuiz for advice to make it look more of a S58-esque intercooler) with adding an extra heat exchanger mesh (with lines) as well as adjusting the intercooler slightly so it won't clip with the ETK 800's battery.



- Adjusted pricings for a few ETK K 2+2 configs.
