    ETK Modern Special Pack

Since I am getting tired of updating my older mods (especially the modern ETK-related mods, such as the ETK 800 V10 as well as twin turbo systems), and also I have a soft-top version of the ETK K-Series (with permission of @KartonFan for using bits of the ETK F-Series' interior and soft-top) but I do not want it to be a separate mod. I have decided to remaster my a good amount of older parts (especially the inline twin turbo systems and some bits of the V10) and integrate all of them plus the newer ETK K-Series 2+2 and the upcoming soft-top version of the 2+2 K-Series into this modern special pack.

Mods carried over to this pack (please delete them in your folder if you have this mod on to reduce unnecessary bugs and overlap):

    Featuring:
    - ETK K-Series Cabriolet (the showstopper, based upon the ETK K-Series 2+2)

WORKING Soft-top for the K-Series! Same triggers you would use for the F-Series Cabrio!

    - ETK K-Series 2+2

The same 2+2 you have seen from my previous 2+2 mod, but with minor adjustments that can fit in 20 inch wheels (without reducing too much in the rear legroom).

    - ETK 800 Aero

Shortened bumpers (based upon the sport bumpers) reducing total length of the ETK 800 by 5 inches (from ~183-184 inches to ~178-179 inches in total length).

Includes shortened exhausts and rear diffusers that are compatible and no unnecessary protrusions.

    - ETK 5.0L V10 engine (refreshed)

A high performance V10 engine with ~550 hp minimum, with 650 hp for high performance Super Sport variants (naturally aspirated!) and over 700 hp for Rennspecht configuration! Supercharger and twin-turbocharged systems are selectable! The engine cover is now selectable (meaning you can see the obscured intake manifold in-game!).

    - ETK inline engine twin-turbocharged system (both I4 and I6)

Features liquid-cooled intercoolers for I4 and I6. I6 has single turbocharger and twin turbocharger option but I4 only has twin turbocharger.

    - Other ETK engine stuff

Includes a high performance naturally aspirated system for the I6 with high-flow headers and enlarged intake manifold.

    screenshot_2026-07-08_22-05-49.png

There is also an alternate naturally aspirated intake for the V8. The Hot V8 still remains, with the normal 4.4L V8 has an liquid intercooler option for the twin turbo. The 4.4L V8 supercharger remains but its headers get some improvement to increase power.

    - ETK 800 and K-related bits

Includes an extended fuel tank for the 800 (gasoline and diesel) that increases to 70L. As well as exhausts that increase the power. Most ETK 800 configurations with high power (>400 hp) equip it to increase range.

The retractable super sport active spoiler is carried over from the 2+2 ETK.

New lettering is added (in common folder) for the ETKs, featuring V10-related lettering (GT, Nur, Super Sport, Competition) as well as other lettering (Competition, Super Sport, Enthusiast) and more from the Cardinal-related lettering throwback!
Aside from the 19x11 rear wheels carried over from the ETK K 2+2, the 20 inch wheels are being remastered, with 20x9.5 front (275/35R20) and 20x12 rear (325/30R20).

    - Configurations include many from the ETK K-Series 2+2 mod, plus many more optimized and remastered from previous ETK mods!

    Potential bugs:
The soft-top closed form isn't perfect but it works without destroying the side glass and the door glass while closing. It is a repeatable action as long as you don't damage the car while driving.

Has some cool stuff, but also comes with lots of issues. The 4.0L Hot-V8 sounds really weird and muffled, the V10 is way too loud with the stock exhaust and lacks customization, the "aero" parts on the etk800 are done very poorly and have extreme texture/shading and model issues, and the race ECU's do not allow for enough adjustment. The factory-like twin turbos are pretty neat, same with the better NA intake on the i6. Overall a good concept but still needs a lot of work.

The 4.0L is a flat plane which differs from your stereotypical cross plane sound.

V10 is like the S85, a race-derived engine, which there are also different performance levels of customization.

The ETK Aero stuff is quite shortened bumpers meaning there are some shading issues from shrinking a bit much (skin UVs still work though).

For the ECU though, normally there wasn't even a race ECU so realistically, it has adjustable RPM and a slight increase of power which is miles above the vanilla base game.

Really nice! As a suggestion I would say that it would be cool that the convertible version didn't have quarter glass, much like the real z4 (the latest gen)

Maybe, but the convertible's JBeam is based on the ETK F-Series, which means that the JBeam is going to be based on the old ETK K-Series one and I might have to ask Lucas about it.

i like the v10s and all but my only problem with this is the fact that the quarter glass or whatever on the convertible k series stays up once you take the roof down

Ye I know I am being lazy on the quarterglass since I do not want to override the vanilla quarterglass too much.

    the V8 is still hot

Both the Hot 4.0L V8 and normal 4.4L V8 have optional liquid intercooler twin turbo systems, making them more reliable than their air intercooled counterparts.
