Fixes and Improvements

- Fixed normalmap error on dryvan loads caused by BeamNG update 0.37
- Changed KG to LBS on the shipping labels of the Bracebridge Farms dry van chicken load
- Fixed missing amber light bars on the Belasco Power Lansdale config and the MD-Series Swamp Gas & Sealbrik configs
- Added concrete load to all concrete mixer configs
- Removed old MAN TGS skins from the main mod (Will be put in a separate download)
- Removed unnecessary/inaccurate information in all config info.json files
- Updated information in all config info.json files
- Converted all configurations from type Factory to type Service
