1960-Present Finnish License Plate Design

    Updated the whole mod, it now uses @-Smaen- 's Norwegian License Plate formats. (33x11cm and 47x11cm to be exact)

    -Added 1960-1973 plate style
    -Added 2001-present plate style
    -Added 1979-present diplomatic plate style
    -Added 33x11cm and 47x11cm Norwegian plate support for FPS Trapez, BMW E36 and Satsuma 1000
