Play with fire safely

  1. Explosion has no flames: Fixed

    The "explosion" stage used particle #31 ("BNGP_31") for flames. It seems that BNGP_31 is absent in the latest version (0.30.5.0), so I switched "explosion" to use the same flame as "fire", which is BNGP_29.
