Beta Ford Engines 2024.01.09

• Added pre-set configurations for all vehicles that have the engine and corresponding features (gear ratios, tire/rim size, etc.) of the real vehicle
  
• Reworked Flathead V8 (This was the first engine that I made for this mod which I made before Automation's open alpha turbo update. All other engines I made after that update so they should still be accurate.)
• Added Flathead V8 to Burnside (requested by PowerstrokeHD)
• Added both Raptor engines to D-Series
• Added unreal radiator to all engines
• Changed all engine names in BeamNG.Drive to follow a similar format
• Changed list of engines on the webpage to hopefully be easier to understand what engines are included in this mod and what vehicles they are added to
• Added/Changed information on the webpage to hopefully provide more information and clear up some questions
• Fix issue where 3 spoiler buttons were showing up on the information page in BeamNG.Drive's in-game repository
• Other small house cleaning fixes
