Police Preset Configurations

Previously, the only police preset configuration was the 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (4.6L Triton V8). This update adds more police configs for the engines that are already added to the mod. There are still various police/service configurations that Ford has produced throughout their history, however, I haven't made all their engines yet. I will make sure to include those configurations when I do make the engines.
