Beta Front Engine Swap Piccolina 2.2.0

This update adds a new 'custom made' engine (I cut up the stambecco I6 diesel and turned it into an I4)
The front engine pickle can now also be equipped with a 1.8l I4 Turbo Diesel engine. with all the atmosphere destroying coal rolling turbo noises you'd want

- Hood Stack Exhaust (with flapper)
- Exhaust Downpipe (so you can equip all previously available exhausts)
- Exhaust Cut Hood
