Fixed some bugs

Added 2 flying vehicles with excellent handling! Control of them is similar to a helicopter, so binding throttle to mouse axis or other analog input device is strongly recommended.

Automatic charging can refuel any energy storage including n2o tank and air tank now!
SOC threshold has been split into SOC threshold high and SOC threshold low.
A new option called automatic charging only is available in the mod, so you can get infinite range on every car without having to replace original fuel tanks and battery.

Added a range extender with adjustable recharge (or refuel) power and SOC threshold to every fuel tank and battery, acting like a series hybrid system. Infinite fuel and electric energy options comes with unadjustable super fast refuel/recharge speed and SOC threshold of 100%, making it impossible to be used up by engines/motors in this mod.
