Funked's Tire Pack 1.1

In this update i fixed the issue where some tires where placed in the centerline of the vehicle

This update includes the new tires from the new Scintilla and some other missing ones like on the truck trailers.
Also, i remade a lot of the tire textures to make them compatible with the new colorizing function.
In addition to that, i remade every tire jbeam.

Hello everyone,
in this update i added the new tires for the Bruckell Bastion and the Civetta Bolide.
This means the pack now supports rim sizes of 20", 22", 24" and 26"!

with this update, i fixed the "red tinge" on all of the tire textures, i reconverted them and now they won't have this "tinge" thingy. I also remade some of them again.
I also readded the tires for the T-Series and the Wentward, they got lost somehow

to make the pack nearly complete, i finally added the rest of the tires which are the offroad and mud tires!

i took some hours to convert every tire to be a separate tire part. Now the tire textures are no longer overridden.

with this update, i cleaned the resource folder and redone some textures.
Also, for performance reasons, i converted the textures back to dds (which i forgot in the first update)
