Gabe's Transmission Pack 1.2a

Changes:
- Hypershift transmissions now support rev-matched downshifts on all supported vehicles. It is available on Sport, Sport+ and Hypershift speed modes. You can customize the rev-match behaviour in the tuning menu.
- Combined all transmission types into one choice, meaning there are much fewer options in the main transmission dropdown. You can select the gearing, shift speed, and other transmission-specific options in the part selector.
- Added two new V6 engines, a 2.8L and a 3.5L with VTEC. Both engines have two long-block options, for different levels of performance. Both engines have fully custom sound design, and are optimized for use with a hypershift transmission.
