Gamer!'s Ultimate Pickup Parts 1.11

After a bit of a break, here is another bunch of additions:

- MD-series short Flatbed for the D-series (longbed only)
- Headframe for heavy duty flatbed, taken from the MD-series' flatbed
- Configurable offroad leaf springs for MD-series
- Single and Double snorkels for MD-series (in the airfilter slot)
- Spotlights with cage for the D-series
- Factory single seats for MD-series
- Cab handles for MD-series
- Super singles for MD-series
- Offroad and sport tires for the super singles
- Interior colors: dark blue, dark brown, green and pink for the D-series and MD-series
- 8-speed 'dual' overdrive and direct-drive manual transmissions and shifter for the MD-series
- 6-speed 'single' sport and race manual transmissions and shifter for the MD-series
- 7-speed late automatic transmission for the MD-series
- Windshield without mirror (MD-series and D-series)
- automatic ratchet shifter for the D-series (this was in the files unused, just needed re-activating)
- 10 new factory colors for D-series, MD-series, H-series and roamer
- Exterior roll cage for MD-series

Also some bugs were fixed, including:
- fixed final drive missing on 6x6 rear rear golaith steer axle
- fixed dually spindles missing on 6x6 rear rear golaith steer axle
- fixed brakes model missing on 6x6 rear rear golaith steer axle with dually wheels installed

Also some D-series configs were updated, for example the limo becomming 6x6 and using the pink interior, and the crew cab flatbed confing becomming dually and using the new flatbed. Also there is a new goliath config with the new flatbed. But most importantly, there are now 12 new MD-series configs:

all cargo boxes are still broken, as I am having trouble with updating them to the new system​
