Gamer!'s Ultimate Pickup Parts 1.11.2

Yet another update, this time with something that has already been done, but not with the compatibility of all the pack's parts:

Trailer frames based on the D-series frame!

There are 3 kinds of front hitches and 14 trailer frames in total, giving upfit combinations of all kinds!
Other Additions include:

- light duty trailer front tongue as front bumper or bumper accessory
- Black top cover for auxiliary addon
- Top covers and cab extensions for the auxiliary addon are now openable, and need to be opened before the bottom half
- Long auxiliary running boards
- Rear fender flares on MD-series pickup bed dually fenders
- T400 and T570 aftermarket turbochargers for the MD-series
- all four MD-series 8-lug dually wheels on the D-series, H-series and Roamer, MD tires, two new offroad tires, and sports tires
- Exterior rollcage now supports the auxiliary support addon
- Door cages for exterior rollcage (also install the door locks in the door dentent slot to lock them from opening unrealistically)
- 6 new loading screens, featuring configs of the mod

Also there has been a number of bug fixes:

- fixed attachment of auxiliary running boards breaking with the big spare wheel on some frames
- fixed placement of roof lights on MD exterior rollcage for extended and crew cab
- fixed some 5-lug rear rear wheels overwriting the rear wheels and bugging them out (for example stx steel wheels)
- fixed tiny bed not fully detaching after being ripped off
- fixed attachment of auxiliary sport bar with big spare wheel
- fixed unobstructive spoiler not adding any downforce
- fixed hubcaps on rear rear dually wheels stretching when driving
- fixed 6x6 tiny flatbed missing bed mounts model
- renamed dark brown interior color to Chestnut
