PBR + Drag Racing Pt. 1

Hey there everyone,

We are pleased to announce the next major update to the Gavril Barstow F2.

This update's focus is to update the vehicle to PBR and add a few parts.

As we are experiencing some difficulties in our personal lives, the update is not as polished as originally intended. There will be no hotfix for this.
