Beta Gavril D-Series addon by AR162b 0.8.4

• Updated the twin I-beam suspension:
  • Removed the hub beams from the suspension, solved the explosion at spawn, camber is now regulated by other beams
  • Adjusted the geometry, decreased the amount the ride height influenced the steering angle is not influenced by the ride hide that
  • Added adjustable caster, this is regulated by the trialing arms. This improved force feedback.
• added reinforced front hubs for the prerunners
• updated the driveshafts
• added the oldstyle dash
• added turnable a-pillar spotlights, use 'fog' (who remembers my old version? )
• made the interior skins functional for the oldstyle parts, added green
• odstyle flareside bed now uses the newer stepside bed extraparts and tailgate slots
• added wigwags for the early headlights (both versions)
• Added flashing 'PD' front signals for both early versions.
• adjusted the oldstyle front fascia to have the same structure as the official ones
• adjusted the HD front fascia to have the same structure as the official ones
• oldstyle signals are now put in a slot in the side fenders, like the official ones
• updated all configs (dash, doorpanels, steering wheels, front signals, tuned front suspension etc)
• added a early sheriff D-series config (inspired by @jpod74 's screenshots)
• updated the sheriff skin
• updated the twotone skin
• did some flexbody updates here and there
