      These skins will work with the extended cab, just go to the parts selector and pick out the extended frame and then select the extended cab. You'll have to also re-add the trim to the cab in the parts selector but then you can save a preset or just set it as your default vehicle in the garage so you don't have to do all the hunting and pecking again.
