I like where this is headed. Needs some major improvements but its a cool first effort.

Very good for your first mod

Very low quality. Text is italicized Impact, with an NYPD logo on the side. No stripes, the colors aren't even correct, the font is ill-suited, and all around it needs EXTENSIVE work.

I advise not to even try to re-make this, as it's already been done multiple times (ex. Tom999's GM skin pack and a few other skin packs). Look at better made skins, and actually google a reference image if you're going to make something based on a real-life counterpart.

Watch tutorials, look at well made skins, and practice (post images to community screenshots and ask for feedback). Try not to post things that aren't done or lack polish. The community doesn't generally like rushed, low-quality skins.

Inaccurate compared to the real NYPD skin. Text font is wrong as well as placement. Its even missing the blue stripes on the side.

Low quality and seems poorly made. If you want to make a nice skin, take a look at some good skin pack on the forums next time. No offense to you. You just need improvement
