really is it that hard to build around the vanilla content limitations like everyone else does? you are also breaking all compatibility with all other cool t series mods. why do this, the drawbacks outweight the positives

this is literally just a t series with extra parts, why not just make it a t series parts pack why make it a separate vehicle

It's nowhere near worth making it a seperate vehicle considering the small amount of parts and the fact that it STILL CONFLICTS which you know WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF IT
"Trucking redefined" didn't age well-
Author's Response
Hi there,
I'm sorry to hear you don't like the mod. We have a reason the mod is a separate vehicle which we have explained multiple times before. To add, would you mind telling us with what this mod conflicts so my team can look into it?

its pretty good, I dont mind the problems happening such as the seperate vehicles, just unless it works and drives realistically, and isnt a poor meshslap or anything, I know you guys spent sleepless days revamping this, so congrats for making your mod better and satisfiying for everyone!

Great mod, the extra content just helps make the T-Series that much better. Can't wait to see the future content!

The choice to make it a completely separate vehicle is rather underwhelming. And even though you say this is to "prevent mod conflicts", it still breaks things.
Was looking forward to this revamp. Shame.-

Hi there,
When we tested the mod, nothing was broken. This is the first time we've heard about this mod breaking something. Please reach out to support (support@gtgmodsteam.com) so they can help figure out what's going on.

Great mod really love it and cant wait to see how much better it will be on the new updated t series but will all the parts such as the sleepers from the previous update be coming back? I really liked the Peterbilt look

Unique choice to make it a separate vehicle, just for adding a new hood and a few parts.
Could've uploaded the engine and the transmissions you overrode to the forums and have people download it from there if they wanted to-
Author's Response
Hi there,
I'm afraid you misunderstand exactly why we made it standalone. Right now it's just few parts, but what we have in the pipeline would eventually require the mod to be standalone. Not to mention that this prevents mod conflicts, reduces the risk of breaking base game content, and it grants us the freedom to do what we want with it.

Well. This is dumb.
Great content, but why the hell is it a separate vehicle?
GTG Mods is on a downward spiral… -

I must admit I'm disappointed with your decision about making a separate model. Why don't you add a "Lite" version that adds your visors/lights/hoods etc. to regular T-series?

- 3/5,
ive tried the content and its cool i like the additions that it has and they are pretty neat .but making it a separate vehicle is just stupid. part of modding is adapting and working around the vanilla games limitations, by just cloning your t series youve just made your mod incompatible with all other mods, (and its not like people should build compatibility for your mod, thats just stupid.) + the modding guidlines say "Please do not copy a whole map/car to simply add a single detail. " i understand that you have added more than that and that you plan on adding more, but just spend the extra time to make it compatible with vanilla content.

Glad to see how this old mod is beginning to rebuilt itself, especially when it adds some stuff the remastered T-Series was lacking.

- 4/5,
love the upgrades and always loved this mod but why on earth would you make it a standalone vehicle. why couldn't you just EXPAND the original T series like you originally did. now we got to juggle 2 of the same trucks with 2 sets of mods.

Author's Response
Hi there,
I'm glad you're enjoying the mod. To answer your question as to why it is standalone, we felt it was better to go down that route as that way we prevent mod conflicts or risks of breaking vanilla content, and it also allows us the freedom to do what we want with it. What's currently in the mod, is just the tip of the iceberg it will eventually be.

- 5/5,
Could you explain your reasoning for making it a separate vehicle?
-
Author's Response
Hi there,
After some internal debate we ultimately decided this was the better way to go. This way we prevent any mod conflicts or risks of breaking the vanilla stuff and grants us the freedom to do what we want with it.

is this the full pack but free and is patreaon for early acces?
-
Author's Response
Hi there,
This is indeed the main pack of the next iteration of GTSEP which always was and always will be free. Patreon subscribers of any tier would indeed get access to updates for this and other free projects about 72-hours before anyone else.
Hope I have answered your question. If not, feel free to reach out to us.
