The Story: From Fairway prototype to Fire-Breather
Originally built by Gavril as an experimental compact utility platform(internally designated the Marathon project), the project explored whether a lightweight multi-purpose vehicle could serve factories, airports, industrial sites, and recreational markets. The concept showed promise,
but budget cuts and shifting priorities quietly ended development before production ever made it past the first testing phase. It was designed to be a sensible, slow, and dependable workhorse for maintenance crews and country clubs. It excelled at exactly one thing: being incredibly boring.
there was one prototype that was forgotten and this one-off chassis was rescued from the back of Gavril's storage yard before it could be scrapped.
Decades later,In 2025, A faded, forgotten prototype Ugo found its way, into the back of a private tuning garage. At the same time, a wrecked sport quad was sitting in the corner—its chassis twisted from a bad trail wreck, but its rugged, air-cooled powerhouse was completely untouched.
A few late nights with some sketchy welding, a custom-fabricated front frame and rear swingarm cradle was made and, the Ugo was reborn. Tossing out the heavy lead-acid batteries and sluggish electric motor the weight distribution was completely shifted,making it feel incredibly light comparied to it before.
While the builders retained the boxy, nostalgic aesthetic of the original Ugo body, they completely retrofitted the interior with a custom seat, fuel tank and digital tach to keep track of the quad engine's vitals.
The result is a mechanical paradox—a vehicle that looks like it belongs on a retirement community boardwalk, but barks, grunts, and flies like a purebred trail machine. //(In the right conditions, Clutch it just right, and it'll pull the front wheels straight off the asphalt)

Aggressive low-to-mid range grunt that pulls hard from a dead stop, letting you break the rear tires loose instantly in the dirt.
fitted with some aggressive Protrax tires to help get the power to the ground.
Custom Fabrication: Custom-built rear swingarm, upgraded chain drive, and a simple digital tach to monitor its vitals.

The "Ugo-350_R": finished build. roadster style(no roof)/The sequential-shifting, torque-heavy monster for a golfcart.
