    Adds a Statens Vegvesen (Norwegian Public Roads Administration) skin for the Gavril Vanster and a configuration with the skin.

    "The Norwegian Public Roads Administration strives to ensure that all those who walk, cycle, travel by car or use public transport should get to their destination safely. We plan, build, operate and maintain national and county roads in Norway. We are also responsible for carrying out driver tests and inspection of vehicles and road users."

      Sure. Any particular requests? I'd like to have a suitable vehicle for it. Vegvesen uses some older American vans, so the Vanster was a good choice for that. Maybe an older red and white ambulance based on the Vanster?
