Gavril Vertex NA2 3.4 Rework

Hello!
The Vertex is back with once another update which brings new 0.26 game features into the mod and also fixes some small issues and improvements.

Full Changelog:

FIXES
-Fixed removing the transmission resulting in a gaping hole in the center console
-Fixed nodes having a spasm when the aero cover is applied on the weight reduced body
-Fixed bug where i3 engine would have no pulleys meshes
-Fixed bug where the fast and furious transmission would not have a mesh on the center console
-Fixed triangles on some hoods
-Fixed SE trims not having SE badge
-Fixed double decker descriptions being a bit weird

CHANGES
-Slightly changed V6 sound
-Changed V8 sound to the new V8_cross_02 sound
-Changed V8 supercharger sound to the new supercharger_05 sound
-Changed sound on the drag electric motors to the new ElectricMotor_05 sound
-Updated door opening system to the new one seen on the Covet
-Changed transmission sound on sequentials to the new racing sequential sound
-Cleaned up the console a bit

-Added simple traffic Vertex
-Added jbeamed manual gear shifters
-Added animated sequential shift levers

The Simple traffic Vertex comes in 5 variations, driving and parked. The jbeam is vastly simplified like all other simple traffic cars
