Gavril Vertex NA2 3.66 Rework

Hello!
I discovered a few small bugs in the mod and wanted to adress them and also adressed the old lightbars as the new ones look AMAZING with the new bloom! 3 new configs were also added to take advantage of the new lightbars, bringing the total amount of configs in the base mod (excluding traffic configs) to 101!

Full Changelog:

FIXES
-Fixed police and godmode interior ignition being funky
-Fixed reinforced doors' files being broken
-Fixed godmode doors' files being broken
-Fixed some duplicated beam errors
-Marked door detection beams as optional to disable console spam

CHANGES
-Changed "open all doors" control to "CTRL O", as it overwrote coupler control
-Made adjustable NOS go in correct ranges
-Gave Dummy and STIG the ability to be flung out of the car
-Updated Golden Vertex (get it on KoFi!)

Added the option for blue flashers and blue LED light bars, as well as red or amber LED light bars, including their updated halogen counterparts


Added a new light thing to throw into the trunk for the Roadside assistance config


I added the ability to manually adjust the wheel spacers to bridge gaps with certain rims
