Gavril Vertex NA2 3.65 Rework

Hello there!
It's time for another small maintanance update addressing bugs that came up via game updates and also fixed some minor issues that actually have been there ever since the rework update released.

FIXES
-Fixed custom coloured interiors having no glowing buttons
-FIxed electric drag battery's sound being gone (0.29 bug)
-Fixed UV test livery (0.2X bug)
-Fixed button press sounds being gone (0.29 bug)
-Fixed engines starting instantly (0.29 bug)

CHANGES
-Godmode on engines now makes them resistant against over-revving
-Reduced stiffness of stock undertray
-Moved hood release for clad grille so that it is actually accessible
-Adjusted strength of driver character seating
