Gavril Vertex NA2 3.65 Rework

You know what's exciting? Buuuug fixeeees! I got a couple more of them in this update, since the recent game updates broke a few things.
The Golden Vertex for Ko-Fi supporters also has received the smooth lights system now!
I am currently very busy with life, so a more proper content update will come at a later time. This will implement a lot of the new rally parts.

Full Changelog:

FIXES
-Fixed broken textures to the pre-rework Sunburst textures
-Fixed broken textures on Bluebuck seats (Used in Murican Muscle config)
-Fixed broken textures on Truck horns (replaced model)
-Fixed the round rally lights on the bumpers to actually be useful
-Fixed Christmas tree textures
-Fixed "Driver hurt" message being incredibly easy to trigger

CHANGES
-Made plush dice lighter and reduced rigidity of them
-Made the suspension more quiet
-Updated the record time on the Power Demon config, since someone on the Forums beat it
