German Emergency Skins V2 1.04

- fixed missing thumbnails for the new configs. Sorry for that

- fixed files in the common folder
- added 4 new skins as a side thing (1 ICC NotSan concept vehicle)

Small Hotfix for the H-Series SEK van rack materials that broke during the last game update.

This update should have finalised all medical service vehicles that I wanted to add over time, and a bit more ^^

Major parts:

• added a bunch of skins and configs,
• added Volvo V60 support (https://www.beamng.com/threads/volvo-v60-ii-v4-0.104583/),
• added MD-Series support
