Outdated German Emergency Skins x.x.x.x

In order to fix the missing texture light bars I've created a new basic light bar that can exchange the ones with missing textures.
In order to do that, go into the parts selector and select the light bar called "Bundespolizei Light Bar".

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and most of the light bars will be replaced with accurate irl references, as far as I can work on them. I kinda need a break from this ^^'
